In order to achieve the typical UI Design-to-WordPress project, we start with our own boilerplate based on the Underscores starter-theme, build an HTML/PHP framework, with the majority of content being handled by Advanced Custom Fields Pro. In order for the end-user to be able to easily populate and edit their content, we build intuitive back-ends with instructions and guidelines when needed. We then build the CSS Mobile-first and utilize Javascript and jQuery to handle functionality and user interaction. Greensock is used for animation depending on what is needed. And with our ability to also do UI design, we and can contribute to designing if needed and/or fill in any gray areas in-between breakpoints.
